The 2026 Asian University Dragon Boat Championship will be held in Liaocheng, China from May 21 to 27, 2026. The event is hosted by the Asian University Sports Federation, and co-organized by the Chinese University Sports Federation, the People’s Government of Liaocheng, and Liaocheng University. The competition includes men’s, women’s and mixed categories, featuring 12-person dragon boat races over 200m and 500m straight courses, as well as a 2000m buoy race. Initiated by the Asian University Sports Federation, the Asian University Dragon Boat Championship is the top-level university dragon boat competition in Asia, held every two years.
